Could you share a few details about why you enrolled with DebtBlue?
Ree T.: I enrolled in DebtBlue because I took out two loans the year before because I needed to pay some bills while I was in school. Once those two loans got unbearable for me to make payments on both of them, I needed someone to help me to consolidate both loans into an affordable payment. I went google searching and I found DebtBlue online. I enrolled. Um, I talked to a customer service representative and they helped me to set everything up. They also kept me informed on negotiating process what would happen. And once they came to a settlement with each loan, they informed me what was going on and I, you know, agreed and signed the paperwork and everything. I definitely would recommend DebtBlue to anyone who is looking to get their life back on track, who's looking for a company that cares about their customers, who will really work hard for you and on your behalf to make sure you're treated fairly to make sure you get the best deal possible and to just give you a sense of ease when it comes to you know, paying back your debt.
Could you describe your overall experience working with DebtBlue?
Ree T.: My overall experience with DebtBlue was a very interesting one. I've never been with a company that kept me informed every step of the way. They never left my side. They even left the number for me to call if I ever needed anyone to talk to or if I had questions or comments about anything. I really enjoyed my experience with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a company that really cares about their people that really go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable to make sure you're informed on every decision being made on your behalf and to just, you know, make sure you're happy.
How does it feel to have graduated from the DebtBlue debt resolution program?
Ree T.: It feels absolutely amazing to have graduated from the DebtBlue program. I don't know where I would be right now if I had not reached out to them to help me consolidate the loans, I probably would still be trying to pay on both of those loans right now. It feels ecstatic to see their email saying congratulations, you finished the program and I just can't describe in words how good it feels to pay off debt. And that just just brightens my day again.
