Could you share a few details about why you enrolled with DebtBlue?

Margie H.: About five years ago I needed to do a debt reduction because my debt was out of control and I was living in a place where my rent was just going up month, every year was going up and I couldn't do both. So I found a company that I could get a debt reduction with and it was expensive but I was managing. And then my rent went up so much that I I was having trouble. I mean I'm on a fixed income. I'm trying to get rid of my debts just trying to do it right. And I missed. I was late by two days on one of my payments when I asked them if I could refinance, they said no, you were late too bad. At that point, I thought okay, there's got to be a company better than this. So I looked around and I found DebtBlue. I spoke to them and I told them my situation and what my finances were and they said we can help you. And sure enough they were able to give me a rate that was half of what I was paying before. So I was able to make my rent payment and my groceries and live my life. And it was just so nice not having to deal with that other company anymore. Now they weren't happy about it. But we went forward and we got down DebtBlue made the payments, you know made the negotiations with them and before I knew it, the debt was paid off gone and now I'm free, I'm free of all my debts, and it's all because of DebtBlue. And I really do appreciate the time they took to talk to me to reach out to me on a monthly basis. They never lost contact with me and I just felt like they were real. They were a good company and I was right because they saved my life. When you're on a fixed income, it's hard and with the inflation it's even harder and DebtBlue just made my life easier. Could you describe your overall experience working with DebtBlue?

Margie H.: Well in the beginning when I first started using a debt reduction, company, they weren't really good in my opinion. And I knew I had to find another company and I thought, boy, who can I trust who? So I did some research and I found DebtBlue and I thought can I trust them? Are they going to be just like this other company? And it was really easy to see that they were not because the way their people spoke to me on the phone and the way they kept in touch with me by email and phone calls as well. I felt comfortable in the decision that I made. It was so nice that I had the reduced payments and was able to make all my bills. And it was because of the way DebtBlue handled the whole experience and made it easy for me that I felt like, this was the right decision. And it definitely was the right decision. When the last day came and the last payment went out and they called me and they said, you're all done, you're all paid off. And I thought, oh my gosh, what an experience! What a feeling of relief it was. And, I'm pretty grateful for that. And I really appreciate that very much. Thank you again, DebtBlue

How does it feel to have graduated from the DebtBlue debt resolution program?

Margie H.: How does it feel to graduate? Excited, relieved. Happy. I don't, there are so many different adjectives I could use. There's just a ton of them. And the important thing is that all the things I could say are positive It was just great. I've been watching of course when I knew, I knew when the last payment was going to go out and I saw it. It just didn't feel real to me until I got that phone call. When that phone call came in from DebtBlue telling me that I had graduated and I had finished my loan. It's like when you get your diploma at high school, it's like it was so exciting. I felt relieved. I felt free. I felt like a huge burden has been lifted off of my back and I have DebtBlue to thank for that. So thank you very much.
