Could you share a few details about why you enrolled with DebtBlue?
Barbara Ballew: Yes, I was uh a couple of years ago drowning in a little bit of debt. Not much. Um but Debt Blue called me and we got together and it was the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me because I have filed bankruptcy before and I want my credit to be good. I don't want to be having bad credit. I don't want to be owing anybody and I sure don't want to file bankruptcy again. Barbara Ballew: Customer service was always top five stars. I can't go any less because every time I called or sent an email, you were always right there. So I can't say enough about customer service. Thank you so much.
How does it feel to have graduated from the DebtBlue debt resolution program?
Barbara Ballew: It is such a relief not to have people sending you letters and calling you at all hours of the night and all hours of the day, you can't even work for the phone calls. So it was a blessing. It was truly a blessing for me.
