Deborah Brown-Volkman: Hello, I am Deborah Brown-Volkman I am a Chief Career Officer and Career Goals Guru. For over two decades I have been on forefront of the coaching industry. I've helped thousands of people reach their career goals. I am looking for something else. I love what I do. The stability is not there. I think from an income standpoint I could be making more money. I think I could be making a bigger impact. I'm looking for my home. I am looking for my dream job. Like Wendy Rhoades. Wendy Rhoades was on a show called Billions. This was a seat at the table role where she had a big impact on the organization. From a coaching standpoint you walked into her office and felt doubtful and unsure. You walked out ready to go. My dream job is an integral part of the organization. It is responsible for people coming in every day and doing their best work. Contributing and making a lot of money.

Deborah Brown-Volkman: I got up and gave a presentation in front of 400 people. Those 400 people were my peers. They were fellow coaches. I was asked to come and speak about my work and the impact I was making with clients and the impact I was making in the industry. I was so afraid. I remember as I was walking up to the stage. My hands were shaking. Would I do a good job? Would I make a fool of myself? How would I be perceived? I got up there and started speaking and it was probably one of the most amazing moments of my career. I looked around and people were interested and they had questions. I did it! I learned that I can face any challenge that is in front of me. All I have to do is do it. When you do it, you get to see that there's something awesome on the other side.
