How was your course or how were your courses with Dave?
David Willson: I was introduced to Dave as a non-manager. This part of my review process. There's a little check box that said, Hey, do you want to think about being a manager? And I checked it. And then I came to meet Dave standing in front of the class, ready to go. His course has a tonne of tools. It has a tonne of activities. He has this conversation that happens between Dave and the class and also between members of the class and a tonne of resource books. I love to read. I got like, six or seven brand new books that I need to read immediately from this course. The material of his courses is one thing, and I think they are very thoughtful and very well researched. But the person that Dave is, the type of person who presents this material - He's just wonderful! He comes across with this authenticity and then this strange mix of he's a master at management and he's clearly going to be a perpetual student of it. There's so much to learn. There's so much to figure out, and he's wonderful to ask questions about, to give scenarios and and and bounce ideas off. I came in not knowing what to expect, being intimidated, and I left these courses feeling like I could manage at the end of it, and that was an incredible feeling. I am so happy that I took the courses. They're a wonderful experience.
