How is Dave as a trainer, facilitator, speaker or coach, and what's it been like to work with him?
Clare Sullivan: Dave has been a tremendous value-add to our organization in the period of time that we've had the opportunity to work with him. We get incredible feedback from any of our people leaders who've been part of sessions with Dave. They feel that the content that he delivers is practical. It provides them with real tools that they can use and implement straight away. The way that he delivers the content is, you know, very easy to understand. It's enjoyable. It's a fun day. So they're open to the messaging and really have a lot of trust in Dave and his approach and the skills that he's presenting. We found even some of the more resistant leaders really report back and say, "Hey, that was a great day!" "I found that really useful." "That was the best training that I've had the opportunity to be a part of." and so that's been really meaningful. And then we've seen that translate into our employee engagement surveys as well. When we look at how employees are reporting about the leadership bench strength that our organization, we've actually seen, a real improvement in that area and I think that Dave has had a massive part in contributing to that improvement.
