How was your course with Dave?
Adrina C. Bardekjian: I've taken a couple of courses with Dave Jones in both in management and in leadership, and I recommend him as an instructor with no reservation. He offers strategies that you can implement right away in various professional situations that relate to giving effective feedback, establishing goals, uh, and evaluating performance. His style is, uh, is direct and transparent, and his delivery methods are engaging and, uh, and varied even in an online, uh, remote situation. He uses presentation, lecture style, smaller group conversations and facilitated plenary discussions. Dave is a wealth of knowledge and expertise to share, and I've left his courses feeling more confident in my own professional journey, as well as having a common language with colleagues in which to discuss certain scenarios.
