What are your core skills and how do you stay current?
Diane Borlado: So thank you for considering my application. So, regarding this first question, I think my core skills and critical thinking ability, um how do we stay grew in? All I know is I use my critical thinking skills and everything I do, especially at work. I believe I homemade skills that way. I also think it helps. Or um, I developed them by welcoming challenges or embracing problems and try to solve them.
What tools or processes do you use to stay organised/productive?
Diane Borlado: so as much as possible, I want to have a plan before I start any work like what and how I'm gonna do things that way. I have a clear direction, I can work faster and same time, I also believe that I am more focused that way. And also aside from breaking tasks into smaller pieces, I also like to see the big picture of things like if you give me a certain task and naturally curious about what it's for or for whom it is or it's related to what I like to know those things. That's why I also like to familiarize myself in every aspect of the business. Like see the overview that way. I can also anticipate things or mistakes may that may happen in the future. I can really perform uh better perform well that way. Also for some of the tools that I use, I use project management tools for my two DUIs into government deadlines.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
Diane Borlado: So what do I enjoy most? Okay, I've been in the financing industry for two years already. Before that I worked as a statistician in a government agency here in the Philippines. I also work in some of the biggest stands here. But what I love about this present career is I get the sense of fulfillment to work directly with business owners and help them better manage and roll their businesses. I find that very uh eggs exciting and fulfilling. It's a very different experience from working in the big companies. Plus I'm also learning a lot and I'm always excited to learn. So I feel like this is a never ending opportunity and it's really amazing. So if I really see myself doing this in a long term, Yeah.
