First, introduce yourself and tell us about what you do.
IBAÑEZ : Hi, my name is, I have a company that provides service for apartment complex with a painting resurfacing, cleaning carpet clinic, et cetera.
How did we meet? Cold call, email, referral ?
IBAÑEZ : Uh how did I met you guys? Well, actually I received an email from you guys and I got in touch with you and since then you have been been helping me with uh several stuff.
What was your situation like before me?
IBAÑEZ : Well, to be honest I didn't have, um, or I don't have much knowledge with technology. Uh, we have a little issues with some of the pages. Uh, Clare was helping me and start building everything from zero. And now I have a web, uh, I have an app, um, and several stuff that he's been helping me with it. So, yes, I'm much, much better.
Why did you choose me?
IBAÑEZ : Well, uh, first thing is that you're local and that gets me, uh, you know, a little more confidence to get in touch with you. I know I can, uh, see you face to face this one of the things that I look for when I work with someone and I don't know, that gives me the, uh, reasons to work with you.
What did I help you do?
IBAÑEZ : Well, first you were helping me with the website for the first company that I had. And after that you're helping me with the second one. Now you're helping me with uh a point of contact with the developers of uh an application that we're um making for one of the companies.
Were you happy with the product I delivered?
IBAÑEZ : I am very happy with the results with everything that you have done again. You're very communicative and you're also on top of the staff and you take a lead on the things that you do. So, yes, I'm very satisfied with the word that you have been done for us.
What was your experience like working with me overall?
IBAÑEZ : Overall, it's been great. I know I'm gonna reach out to you in the future. I have other uh, er, projects on mine that I'm start working with it. So. Yes. Um it's been great working with you so.
Would you hire me to tackle on any projects in the future for you ?
IBAÑEZ : Definitely, definitely. I will contact you again. I have again, I have a couple projects on hand that we're gonna start working pretty soon. So, yes, I will definitely contact you for more work.
What would you say to someone who's on the fence about working with me ?
IBAÑEZ : Well, well, if someone is doubt who working with you, I will say, uh, give it a chance. This guy is good. He knows what he's doing. Uh, and if he doesn't, he looks, uh, on a different prospect to, uh, accomplish the task that we asked for.
