Tell us about your background and how you came to be a GLO30 franchisee.
James and Andrea Robertson: Hi, I'm Andrea Robertson and I'm James Robertson. We are here to talk today about GLO3O We are franchisees from Great Clips. We have been in the industry for a long time individually. I've been a franchisee with Great Clips for 22 years. And I've been a franchisee for 16 years now. Why do we choose GLO3O? We chose GLO3O because we really love the monthly membership model. The operations are very similar to what we've been doing already, and we are really looking forward to having the opportunity to expand throughout the Dallas area. And to be able to grow our businesses because we are able to. We also like the technology and the monthly membership.
What about the GLO30 model captured your attention?
James and Andrea Robertson: We are excited about the GLO3O mode because of the monthly memberships, and we also understand that the operations are very similar to what we've experienced in Great Clips. However, we see that there are a lot of benefits of GLO3O that we're not currently able to execute within the Great Clips model. Things like being able to close for lunches. you know, easier scheduling. I love the A I technology. I feel like it's going to be a whole lot easier to recruit employees. You know, so many people in the beauty industry have such a hang up on offering more services. And I feel like with the AI technology, it's gonna be a lot easier for employees to say, hey look, GLOria says this is what you need. And the beauty industry seems to be expanding, always expanding, part of an ever expanding industry.
Where do you see GLO30 in 5, even 10 years?
James and Andrea Robertson: Well, I know that our goal is to have 20 locations in the Dallas Fort Worth area. I feel like the brand is going to expand very quickly. I am very excited about the strength of franchisees that GLO3O has been able to acquire. I feel like it's going to be a very well executed and successful system. I agree.
