How did it make you feel to realise your employer had implemented DDM and was taking the steps to help support your Health and Well-being?

Lisa Marie : Ah, it is such a good feeling when your company invests in your health and wellness and our company couldn't make it any easier. So they scheduled it into our calendar, same time everyday, and it was just such a great time to just be able to switch off, take a step away from work, do our movement. And then, you know, obviously we continue on with our day, but it would just make us feel so energised, recharged, fresh. It was a great talking point with our colleagues that really brought us together, I guess with our immediate teams. But we were also connecting with, you know, some of the teams who may not deal with on a day to day basis as well because we're located all around the world. And I guess what I really like about it as well is that you are in a supportive environment. So I feel like you're already set up for success to continue on with these really great habits that you've been forming.

What did you think about our Online User Interface?

Lisa Marie : The Daily Dose Movement interface, it's very easy to log in and navigate around the platform so you can rewatch your old sessions. You can also, if you want to step it up there, there's some really fun challenges in there as well. I would describe it as like a little wellness toolkit. Based on however you're feeling what you're wanting to do, you've got this whole amazing resource at your fingertips.

Would you recommend DDM and why?

Lisa Marie : Of course I would! Daily Dose Movement is such a fantastic investment in your teams. It is for everyone, regardless of fitness level. So I cannot think of a better way to bring people together, be it in person or remotely and educate about the importance of movement. The live sessions themselves, they are short, they are easy to follow. So you're getting your maximum out of, you know, such a small amount of time. And and of course, you have the Daily Dose Movement platform as well that you can log into any time just as an additional resource or just to go back to for fun. If you want to flex those muscles, You know, for us, what I love is that some of the exercises just they seem to be so gentle, but they just have such a you know, a great impact. So you can really feel them. And, you know, for us I am so grateful that I work for a company that just cares enough to invest in our health and well being. And I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to do Daily Dose Movement
