What’s been a pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven, and what’s a proud moment so far?
Yang Zhang: As a senior engineering director at Cyberhaven, I get to work with teams using the latest and the greatest technologies to build critical data security and AI security capabilities and to tackle some really complex technical problems along the way. What makes Cyberhan special to me is not just the technology, but also the people. The people here are so amazing. There's a high bar for technical excellence, but also a lot of humility and respect. People collaborate closely, challenge ideas thoughtfully, and they really love what they do. They're passionate about security and AI and they care about doing the right thing for customers and for each other. That balance, being ambitious without ego, is a big reason why cyberhan feels like the best place for me to build and lead.
