What’s been a pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven, and what’s a proud moment so far?
Natalie Aguilar: A pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven has been getting to experience the growth firsthand. When I first joined, we were about 80, 90 people and now we're 3 times that. So watching how the company has scaled and being a part of building that has been an incredible opportunity. As a recruiter, I've had a few proud moments, closing hard roles, getting offers out, always exciting, but what stands out most is when candidates tell me afterward that it was such a great conversation. They didn't expect to go that deep into what Cyberhaven does and what we're building. Since our product is so technical, I really enjoy uh being able to explain the role, clearly talk through the team's goals and even help answer some of their technical questions, especially when it's not meant to be a technical interview. I became a recruiter because I wanted to change the status quo and raise the bar for what recruiting can look like, and I feel like I get to do that every day I'm here. So, I'm proud to be a recruiter, but even more than that, I'm really proud to be a cyberhan recruiter.
