What’s been a pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven, and what’s a proud moment so far?
Jordan Wilia: I think a big um pleasant surprise for me moving from my last company over to Cyberhaven is just the amount of work autonomy that you have over the product and, you know, what you're doing, um, in your day to day tasks, right? There's nobody sort of micromanaging you, and I think that's really big for me, um, and my kind of independence and how I work. I think one of my proudest moments is probably my recent promotion, right? I've been at the company for, you know, 7 and 8 months leading up to that promotion. And so being able to put your head down, have an impact in the work that you're doing. Um, and then get rewarded for that is, is really big for me and it's been exciting so far and I'm, I'm loving the journey.
