What’s been a pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven, and what’s a proud moment so far?
Geoffrey Tourette: I think the most pleasant surprise about working at Cyberhaven is that everyone not only cares about the mission and when we're going and and and trying to get Cyberhaven to be the next breakout data security company or the first, you know, full end to end data security platform, they do care about that, but they also care about the fact that their employees should be happy in their current role and should be maximized to their full potential. And what I mean by that is they really give all of their employees the ability to Evaluate where they want to go, where they want their careers to take them, and what roles they would be the happiest in. Um, and, and that kind of leads into one of the proud moments that I've had so far, which is, I, I joined originally to be on the marketing team and on the growth and demand gen team, um, but I realized that I, I wanted to take my career more into the direction of helping out the executive team, being more involved with the reporting and project management and stuff like that. And, and because of it, Cyberhaven granted me the opportunity to become a chief of staff here, which I'm extremely proud of and extremely happy to see. And it's a, it's a trend that I've seen across the organization. Many employees have, have moved from their original role as something that suits them a little bit better. Um, and, and Cyberhaven's culture really allows you to, to find where you fit in and do what you love.
