Speaker: Ryan M Wigness, Owner, Whitefish Chiropractic Center

What challenges did your business face from an IT perspective prior to working with Endpoint?

Ryan M Wigness: My name is Ryan Wigness and I'm the owner of Whitefish Chiropractic. We started working with Endpoint a couple of years ago, because we were struggling with being a multi-clinic office. And connectivity between our offices - we've been using different versions of VPNs and and remote desktops and we were really having an issue with communicating between all of our offices in a smooth format. We were having frequent breakdowns with our electronic health records because they are a little bit dated and the ability to communicate between our offices was becoming very frustrating, and was really affecting our clinic culture. The other reason why we started working with Endpoint is because we were concerned about cybersecurity. We've been hearing stories of people who got their businesses broken into, even the small businesses, that we are that end up becoming an issue that I didn't feel comfortable with and I didn't even know where we stood. After talking to David and outlining a path forward on what we can do about our cybersecurity, I feel comfortable and I sleep well at night and I've also talked to several of my colleagues about the importance of doing it. It was inexpensive. It was, it was easy to do, and they took care of everything and explained everything along the way.

Why did you select Endpoint Utility Corp as your IT partner?

Ryan M Wigness: We selected Endpoint as our IT partner initially because they came to us and explained what they can do from a cybersecurity standpoint, and then from that also outlined their plan for how they can help us out as a small business. One of the things I really appreciated about Endpoint is they're focused on small business and a lot of the IT providers are either solo practitioners who weren't always available to us or big companies that really were just outside of our budget. Endpoint had a plan for us that was affordable and that allowed us as a company to have quality. And I would say, very superior IT services that I didn't even know we could afford, and I didn't even know we're available. And so being a small business and having somebody as an IT partner that cares about small businesses and treats us like we're, we're somebody and one of the most important customers was very important to us.

What benefits have you seen from having Endpoint as your IT partner and would you recommend them to other healthcare organizations?

Ryan M Wigness: Not only have we received excellent service from Endpoint, they're always available and they've really become a great partner for us. They know our business well and as we make decisions as far as new platforms that we're looking at and also we're looking at a new EHR they've always been available and instrumental in making decisions for us for the short term and for the long term and really spelling out what our process would be from a financial standpoint in a connectivity standpoint. Having 3 offices we used to struggle with communications, but they've set into, place some platforms for us to communicate, which has really helped out with our community culture as well. I would highly recommend them to any healthcare providers. They know what we're doing, and what we're trying to do, and they really do care, and they would. They'll help you 1.) Be compliant they help you grow and help provide and protect your information so you feel safe and you can continue to grow your company and let them worry about the rest.
