Please could you introduce yourself?

Rajiv Ranjan: Hello everyone, my name is Rajiv. I'm helping financial services companies in JAPAC with their cloud journeys, especially SaaS, and I work as Customer Success Director at Oracle.

What will you be discussing at the upcoming Customer Success Festival in Sydney?

Rajiv Ranjan: In this event, I'll be talking about how to set up your customers for an operational success in cloud.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Rajiv Ranjan: I'm hoping to leave the audience with an understanding why operational success is so critical for companies in their cloud journeys and what they, as customer success people, can do to make an impact.

Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at Sydney's Customer Success Festival?

Rajiv Ranjan: I'm looking forward to this event in its entirety, I think it's going to be a great learning opportunity for all of us.

Why do you think it is important to shine a light on customer success?

Rajiv Ranjan: Customer success today is playing a very important role in any company's success with their cloud journeys.
