What will you be discussing at the upcoming Customer Success Festival in San Francisco?
Noa Danon: In the upcoming Customer Success Festival, I'm going to talk about creativity. It's a topic I'm super passionate about. I've been learning about it for more than a decade, for myself, for my team, for my company, for my family. It's a free tool, so it's great. But you need to learn to know how to utilize it to get the best out of it.
Why do you think it is important to shine a light on customer success?
Noa Danon: I think customer success is a mix of super-talented people with access to information and data that no one else in the company has, and still it's quite new, so there's like a ton of potential to get much more out of it.
