Nabeeda Bakali-Abrar: Hi, my name is Nabiha Bacardi Bra. I currently work as a customer success manager at linkedin and I have been a customer success manager for over four years.

What are you going to be talking about at Customer Success Festival?

Nabeeda Bakali-Abrar: So what I'll be talking about at the Success Festival is about career and mental health and finding a balance between the two because we all want to prepare, we all want to do really well in our careers. But it's knowing and looking after your mental health at the same time.

What is the biggest challenge facing Customer Success teams today? (+ [optional] how are you going help tackle this in your session?)

Nabeeda Bakali-Abrar: One of the key challenges I see um in this area is around uh systems being like being overworked or not being valued. And one of the things I will be focusing on is about finding your balance and creating your boundaries to ensure that whilst you get your best, you do your best work, you're still able to look after yourself. And I don't feel burnt out and actually do feel good as well.

What’s your number one customer success tip?

Nabeeda Bakali-Abrar: My number one customer, the best tip would be around creating boundaries. It's so important to have the boundaries around your schedule, around your work to ensure you're delivering your best quality work. So I would say create the boundaries with your stakeholders and your customers and that will ensure you are able to be the best customer for this man.
