Julia: My name is Juve Mawk. I'm chief customer success officer at Tay app and I have been building customer success and improving user experience for the app for six years.
What are you going to be talking about at Customer Success Festival?
Julia: I will be talking about resilient leadership and the creation of customer journey maps.
What is the biggest challenge facing Customer Success teams today?

Julia: There are various challenges from understanding customer needs and driving business growth to effectively leading customer success teams through times of change or crisis. The last one is what I will be talking about, how to develop the necessary skills to be a resilient leader and drive teams to their goals.
What’s your number one customer success tip?
Julia: The main tip is to listen to listen to your customers to their needs, understand them and then help build the products, uh, that will satisfy these needs and uh will be successful.
