Jeff Justice Williams: At the upcoming customer success festival, I'm gonna be talking about unlocking potential and finding and developing talent in customer success.
What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?
Jeff Justice Williams: One of the nuggets of wisdom that I'm hoping that people who attend the customer success festival and listen to my session will walk away with is that there are a number of ways that you can build and evolve a customer success team. And different flavors that you can bring into the mix, depending on the customer base that you're managing, the size of the company that you're in, and the technology programs that you're responsible for. I'm looking forward to it.
Why do you think it is important to shine a light on customer success?
Jeff Justice Williams: It's important to shine a light on customer success because this is one of the most popular and fastest growing roles in the tech industry. It's also a great way to make sure that your customers are having the right experience, whether they're going through a low touch program or getting high touch customer success attention.
