Please could you introduce yourself?

Emily Keller: Hi, my name is Emily Keller. I'm the Head of Linkedln's Talent Solutions for Enterprise Business, and for Canada. I've been with Linkedin for three years and I oversee our customer success organization.

What will you be discussing at the upcoming Customer Success Festival in Las Vegas?

Emily Keller: I'll be talking about customer success and the importance of customers' success, utilizing our customer success organization.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

Emily Keller: I hope people will walk away knowing and realizing the importance of customer success is to customers' ability to grow their business to fully utilize the platforms. That customer success is supporting, the fact that customer success truly is the business partner and the strategic partners of our customers.

Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Customer Success Summit in Las Vegas?

Emily Keller: I'm actually looking forward to listening and learning from so many of the industry leaders and getting the opportunity to connect with others and building my network. So I'm looking forward to seeing everything and watching and learning from everyone!
