Audrey Vandenbroeck: The number one tip that I offer aspiring CSMs and current CSMs today is to know the product and service better than the folks who scoped it, who built it, who QA-ed it as a CSM. You have to know the intricacies, the nuances and how the product is supposed to work. It's not a one size fits all, all your customers have different desired outcomes and your product or service should be adaptable and multiple to that specific desired outcome if possible.
