Anika Zubair: I am so very excited that the CCO community is coming together and meeting in real life. I think it's so important to have those real life connections. I think the CS profession is amazing. It is ever evolving, but it is extremely challenging and it can get very, very lonely when you don't have another voice to validate some of the ideas or strategies that you do have with real life meetups or conferences like this one. What is really great is you're able to really exchange ideas, connect with other people that are going through the same challenges as you and make real meaningful connections that last for many more days, weeks, months to come after the conference is already over.
