Please could you introduce yourself?

Hello, my name is Ayman Husain, I work at Microsoft, I'm a DIrector of Customer Success.

What will you be discussing at the upcoming Customer Success Festival in Las Vegas?

I will have the opportunity to be on a panel at the Customer Success Festival in Las Vegas. On this panel, we'll have experts and together we'll be discussing customer loyalty and how it is a critical part of customer success itself.

What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk?

I hope that attendies who attend this this session will take away the knowledge that customer obsession, customer outcomes and customer loyalty are all tied together. That is one piece of information that will make a customer success organization that much more effective.

Why do you think it is important to shine the light on customer success?

The most important thing in customer success is obsessing about your customers' success. What does it take for them to succeed in their business for their outcomes? That is the most important thing I do for my customer success organization is to align to their goals.

Which other sessions are you looking forward to watching at the Customer Success Festival in Las Vegas?

At the conference, I intend to attend sessions that discuss how bottom-line revenue is influenced with customer success. Outside of that, one of the things I intend to do is network with all attendees. It's a great way to connect, make new friends and build the community of customer success.
