Speaker: Jessica, Director of Customer Success, Apryse

Jessica: My name is Jess Galenski and I'm currently the Director of Customer Success at Apryse. I've been working within the customer success industry for the past 10 years and within tech for the last 15. and I'm very much looking forward to attending CS Collective this year.

Jessica: I will be part of the panel discussion regarding driving success for strategic partnerships across product management, sales and enablement.

Jessica: The biggest challenges facing customer success teams today is scaling without losing the customer experience. And I think, you know, partnering across teams and collaborating internally with not just customer success but with finance, products, sales, engineering is going to make all the difference in ensuring that the customer's experience is not lost as you scale your team uh and grow your business.

Jessica: I think it's so important to attend events like the CS Collective for our customer success teams for a lot of reasons. Firstly, it's so amazing what you learn when you start to network and talk to others who are doing some of the same things, but maybe a little differently. It's a great way to build out your process and share. And I think it's just nice to kind of step away and see what else is out there and what else is going on in your industry and then you can come back to your team with that and make some really impactful changes.

Jessica: Number one customer success tip and it's going to seem pretty generic but it's treat others how you would want to be treated. And that's not just for your customers, but that's with working with your internal teams, partners. whoever you're interacting with, I think when you treat them well and your interactions are positive and there's kindness behind them, it makes everything a lot easier. People will want to work with you, they'll want to communicate with you, they'll build a relationship with you and a strong rapport. And so I think it's really important to treat everyone with kindness and how you would like to be treated.
