James Manderson: Hi, I'm James Manderson, SVP Customer Success at Braze.
What does this Customer Success Award mean to you?
James Manderson: Team of the year! This award means a tremendous amount to me. I'm very grateful to be part of our wonderful CS team. Every single individual in the team has worked hard to deliver fantastic service to our customers and continue to add each in their own unique ways to our culture. Suffice to say, I'm very proud of everything we've achieved in the last year.
