What was your experience with Ayman as your sales manager?
So I'd like to talk about the characteristics of Ayman that I noticed as a manager, he is patient, kind, thoughtful, extremely intelligent and very, very professional. So he taught us how to take a well rounded approach towards sales. So it's not just the fast pace, want to 'get it done' 'cold calling' fake charm. We had to really think about what we're doing. We had to apply ourselves to each call, each category, each section that we were calling. So he taught us that we should really apply ourselves holistically, use our personalities, use our voices use pausing. There were so many things that he taught us which actually improved our endgame of achieving sales. So some of the articles that he taught us sales were was various materials. So I'm talking about youtube videos, articles, interviews, all of these were, were with various people from various walks of life. And it taught us to look at sales from different perspectives. And I believe that it greatly improved my abilities. So I would say that Ayman is a person who earns anyone's respect.
