What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk at Customer Marketing Summit?
Rashik Rahman: So, I think there's gonna be a lot of good takeaways at the summit this year. But if I had to pick my one takeaway, I think it's important to still remember that when you integrate your customers voices into your marketing campaigns, what value are we bringing the customer? How are we elevating their professional brand and really moving them along their advocacy journey, and making sure that we are tracking that and the impact that is having on you and the ROI on your business.
What are you most looking forward to at Customer Marketing Summit?
Rashik Rahman: The summit has done a really good job in lining up a range of excellent speakers and moderators this year. So I think that's the thing, I'm looking forward to the most, just the chance to hear each other's personal stories, listen to some of the real-life applications that we're using right now, the diverse range of viewpoints that's going to be at the summit, and then finally connecting a little closer as a community.
