Lisa Pratt: Hello, I'm Lisa Pratt, vice president of customer engagement Marketing at UK G. I am lucky enough to lead a team here that is driving programs that help our customers succeed with the solutions that they've already purchased. Uh We create opportunities for learning and training through our customer events and we develop and reward our customers into raving fans through the customer advocacy program.
Can you give us a teaser of a key takeaway from your talk?
Lisa Pratt: I'm looking forward to sharing with all of you the secret sauce of driving efficient and scalable programs, events and advocacy. So customers fully use what they bought become fans and want to stay a customer for a really long time. And of course, we will be talking about how to measure so that we can prove that customer marketing is an imperative that should be invested in.
What is your best piece of customer marketing advice?
Lisa Pratt: My best piece of advice is to really know your customer personas, which are totally different than buyer personas. So if you know your customer personas, you can tailor your messages, experiences, interactions, content, delivery and rewards to be the most relevant for each person. And that's how you're gonna get the greatest results.
