What nugget of wisdom are you hoping to leave attendees with after your talk at Customer Marketing Summit?
Dave Hansen: We've all heard the proverb "It takes a village to raise a child." That is the interactions and care provided by each member of a community directly impacts the development of well-being and health of its own children. I actually believe that it takes a community to raise a community. It's the exact same principle. It's the idea that every single person across your organization influences the growth and development and engagement of your client community. In my session, we're gonna talk about tips and tricks for getting acceptance across your internal community, developing collaboration and then using all of that to grow a very engaged client community.
What are you most looking forward to at Customer Marketing Summit?
Dave Hansen: I'm looking forward to hearing from all the other speakers and discovering some new ideas and new best practices and some new tips and tricks. Customer marketing is growing and maturing at such a rapid pace right now that anything that I can glean from other speakers is super exciting.
