Dana Haskins: Hi, I'm Dana Haskins. I'm the EVP of operations with Curator24 We are a marketing agency focused in the pharmaceutical and health care space.
What were you looking for when you found TypeCoach?
Dana Haskins: We're a fully remote agency. So communication is incredibly important and it can be difficult. We're also remote from our clients as is everyone since COVID. So we wanted to look at TypeCoach as a way to help us communicate better internally as well as externally.
How did you discover TypeCoach?
Dana Haskins: I found TypeCoach by accident. I was actually looking for a team building exercise that would help us improve communication among the team as well as with our clients. And I happened upon TypeCoach
Did you have any hesitations about using TypeCoach?
Dana Haskins: While I've done personality tests at other companies in the past. Really never did anything with the results other than to know what the letters were and maybe the letters of the team, but never really took it to that next step. So I was hoping for a more engaging coaching session than what I had experienced in the past.
What were your biggest take-aways from the training program?
Dana Haskins: Our experience with the coaching session was amazing. From the get go. Sharon has such energy. She really brought the team in and really commanded attention spans which I think if you've done this program, you know, that some of us don't have great attention spans. But a couple of things that were amazing takeaways were we did a few exercises that were jaw dropping the results. I mean, the team is still talking about them as well. When we have our brainstorming sessions, people are preparing ahead of time to make sure that different personalities get what they need up front. So I think what I would say, the big takeaways are, is that our preparation is better and our communication is much better and people are still excited two weeks later after having the coaching session.
