How does CTL work with you to provide the right Chrome OS solution?
Maer Ben-Yisrael: We have a lot of in-house knowledge about the Chrom OS environment, but when we have questions, we just hit up our account rep and we get answers, whether it's about the OS or about hardware coming out in new products.
How is CTL's support different from other companies?
Maer Ben-Yisrael: build quality. I've deployed CTL Chromebooks along with Chromebooks from four other major brands since 2014, and I can say that CTL's support channel is the easiest that I've ever used. When we need units serviced, the turnaround time is really fast, and really consistent.
How important is sustainability to you in choosing a Chrome OS solution partner?
Maer Ben-Yisrael: Sustainability is important to us as an institution. It's part of our curriculum as well as our values, and we're focused on working with vendors like CTL who share this critical goal.
