Alcyone King: Well, I enjoy being a part of the Cross Shield team for many reasons. One of the main reason is the culture of the organization, the growth opportunity where you get to, not only work with wonderful coaches and also team mates, but also you get to learn from them, various topics, various skills, also the sense of purpose. So, the company doesn't see you as another employee, but they see you as a family. Personally speaking, I have, I was able to experience that first hand when my son was ill and we all came together and, we had a meeting and I was like expressing to the team that I might be running off short because I'm going to turn my son because he just injured himself right. Then the entire meeting just paused. And, I remember the CEO um he stopped and he started to, do a prayer for my son that meant a lot. It tells me that my family is, I have another family that keeps my family in prayer and that means a lot to me.
