N. S.: What are your biggest successes you have experienced in your financial coaching journey with Cross Shield? I think mentality is the biggest success for me! I know that it's over half the battle. Now that I know that I can achieve the goals that I set in front of me that we've set together as a team with Cross Shield! I know that I can get there. I've been able to pay off evictions, credit cards, all my debt, but my car note and in 18 months is my goal to pay that off. So, it's just putting things into perspective for me. I've started my emergency fund, starting my gifting my gifting fund, things that you don't think of, they've just put on the table for me to prepare for, and it's just been a huge blessing! I so look forward to the journey with Cross Shield!

N. S.: How have you changed the most in taking back control of your money and your financial future? I was raised not knowing anything about finances, so I always looked at finances as paycheck to paycheck and seeing a black tunnel at the end and I never, I never thought that I could actually take control over my finances, so taking back is a new word. I just never had control to begin with. They've, they've had so much grace. Cross Shield has had so much grace for me, while learning just how to put a circle around it and just prepare for these things that are unknown. It's opened my eyes to see that you don't start off being a successful millionaire, that you grow into it, and this is just an opportunity for me to grow more, and I just am so thankful for them!

N. S.: What makes Cross Shield different from other similar services that help people with their financial goals? I just want to say the main one, the most important one to me is that they are faith-based. Cross Shield allows me to think as a follower of Christ and use Godly wisdom while stewarding the funds that the Lord has provided for my life and so that being said, they, they helped me with my way of thinking as a believer, which is first and foremost, so I have not tried other companies, and I, I wanna say that I'm 100% loyal to Cross Shield because of how I have just encountered God in the relationship. So I have to say that I don't even know the answer to that question, but I know that I will not find out the answer to that question because I am so committed to them. And, I also feel like they are committed to me in the same mutual feelings, so, I feel that they value me as much as I value them, which is tremendous in the relationship. So I just thank God for, for introducing us.
