How has attending Cross Shield’s Financial Coaching School changed the way you approach your coaching practice and your clients?
Kerry Messmer: Hi, I'm Kerry Messmer. I've been working with Rudy Upshaw of Cross Shield Financial Coaching School and in the coaching class, I'm connecting to my client base quicker. Rudy Upshaw said that had these tools been available to him, his business development would have been accelerated forward a couple of years and I appreciate learning from, you know, only one of us has to scrape our knees. Everyone else gets to learn vicariously. So I have been connected to my client base quicker and I have some things up and going that really surprised me and I did not feel like I was ready to start with, but, um, it is good to work with a coach. He's very intuitive and he's helped me to use new strategies with my business. Thank you.
What would you say to another coach considering joining the Financial Coaching School, based on your experience?
Kerry Messmer: To somebody who might be considering taking this coaching class. I think the major benefit is that it's a safe playing field and it aligns me personally with where I want my coaching to go. Um because the studying, I've done the experiences I've had are not deployable until I have something that the public can interface with. So this class is helping me step by step with new technologies, with strategies with this overcoming hesitations that I have about my business. It's helping me to actually hit the go button and I appreciate that. Thanks.
