How did you hear about CPA Credits? What made you choose CPA Credits?
Amani Johnson: I heard about CpaCredits.com through just honestly serious googling efforts um trying to figure out how I can get just one more credit that I didn't realize I needed in the quickest time possible. After some back and forth emailing and ensuring that it was really at my pace, which a lot of platforms claim to be at your pace, but there's requirements that you can't take a final until, you know, after a certain amount of time and enrolling and when they insure me that I could get it done and as quick as I could, that was really what sold me. And of course, I was worried I was like, is this real legit? Is it actually accredited? I was deep diving on Reddit threads and, and other Google searches like is CpaCredits.com legit? And I'm really glad that it was it was the cheapest option that I found and it was legit. And I was like, ok, I'm just gonna take a risk and go for it because I was on a serious time crunch and it really paid off for me
How many courses did you take? Can you describe what the educational experience was like?
Amani Johnson: Luckily for me, I only needed to take one course. A cost accounting course that I was missing somehow after doing a full bachelor's and a master's, I didn't have an upper level cost accounting course, but it was really easy. Honestly, not the class, but the process. Um, I signed up, I got email quickly and shortly after from UIU Upper Iowa University, their staff as well as CPA Credits staff was very quick to responding to anything that I needed. Any questions that I had, it was a really kind of seamless experience. I sped through the course as quickly as possible because I was on a pretty tight time crunch, but it was really seamless process is the best I can describe it.

Amani Johnson: One thing I wish I knew about sooner was the transcript evaluation portion that CPA Credits offers. I submitted my application to the Florida CPA board and expecting, you know, to get the ok and be able to start studying as soon as possible. And I realized that I was missing a upper level cost accounting course. So had I known about CpaCredits.com transcript evaluation, I could have known that ahead of time and, you know, got that out of the way sooner. Because there was only one class. So I unfortunately didn't get that experience, but I wish I would have known about it sooner because it definitely would have helped.
What state board have you already applied through or are you planning to apply through?
Amani Johnson: I applied through the Florida State Board. And after I completed my course through CPA Credits, I was able to get my transcript sent within a day or two, which it took for their registrar, to, you know, confirm that the final grades were input and everything. It was a very quick turnaround, very quick process, one or two days, like I said, and then they sent my transcripts directly to the Florida State Board and I also had the mail just, you know, to be safe and my credit was accepted and confirmed, which again, I was really worried about I was getting scanned or something, but I wasn't, it was really easy. It, it got sent there and now I'm approved so I can start studying.
What were you doing before pursuing your CPA and what are you doing today?
Amani Johnson: So as a recent graduate, I just completed my MBA in May, I was kind of spending time over the summer, you know, job searching, figuring out my next steps were gonna be if I wanted to sit for the CPA exam, if I wanted to go down a different path. So that's kind of what I've been doing leading up to now and now thanks to CPA Credits that I've gotten my last credit that I need to be able to sit for the exams. I'm now working part time which allows me to study, right now and I'm gonna get to it, get in the books and get ready to pass these exams.
How would you describe CPA Credits in three words?
Amani Johnson: If I could describe CPA credits in three words, I would say fast, reliable and legit and emphasis on being legit because that was something that I was personally worried about.
