Speaker: Mariana Glass, LCMHC
Mariana Glass: My name is Mariana Glass. I live in Asheville North Carolina, and I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor. I've been using Counsol for six months.
What were the reasons you selected CounSol.com for your practice management?
Mariana Glass: I chose Counsol for a number of reasons. First, the features offered by council checked every box that I had for a practice management software system. Also, there is a lot of customization that can be done to the features in the system and that has been really helpful. As I figure out the program. As my practice evolves, I've enjoyed that customizability of the system, also having a personal account manager that knows the system is responsive to my questions. Um, sometimes there are many questions in a day and he is consistently patient and professional in his responses. That has been really helpful. And finally, the pricing of the program is competitive.
What is your favorite feature(s) of CounSol.com?
Mariana Glass: My favorite feature of counsol is the calendar. The calendar is customizable. So as my schedule changes, I can make changes in the calendar. I can also give clients, at my discretion access to self schedule on the calendar. Um The waitlist feature has been helpful. I can add a client to the wait list or they can add themselves to the wait list and the system will let them know automatically if an appointment comes available. So I really appreciate that feature. It's a real time saver. Yeah.
How does CounSol.com make running your practice easier?
Mariana Glass: Councol saves me time and mental energy because of all the features and how customizable they are. I just don't have to put as much thought into the administrative processes that I'm doing once I have them set up the way that I want them to work for my business. And so it really actually makes doing some of the admin part of my practice enjoyable.
What would you say to someone who is considering using CounSol.com?
Mariana Glass: Absolutely give Counsol to try. They offer a free trial period and during that trial period you have access to an account manager who will be responsive to your questions. I think I'd emailed probably 6, 7, 8 questions a day to my account manager while I was learning that during my trial period and his professional responsiveness, his knowledge of the system was very helpful to me in making my decision to subscribe to Counsol.
