Jerry Haskell: Hello from Rocket Rooter! My name is Jerry Haskell. I'm the proud owner of Rocket Rooter So, you know, I'm, I'm a little bit out of my comfort zone, uh doing these types of videos or testimonials. I, I'll do the best I can. So I apologize if uh uh if it's, if it's cringy, I'll try not to be, I'll do my best but real quick, I just wanna say, um um from the get go um a year and a half ago, I had no idea what I was doing, uh getting into uh the marketing world, right. So I decided to start my plumbing business, which is Rocket Rooter and uh I knew it was gonna be essential for us to get online on Google, get ranked. you know, in order to get that most important thing to happen, which was get that phone to ring. And so just I was scrolling through Facebook and uh I saw the ad, they are promising more leads and more calls and more quality, quality leads, things of that nature. And I figured, so, you know what, I gotta start somewhere on this, and so why not here? So I clicked on Contractor Independence and I gotta say from that point moving forward. I feel like, and you, you're gonna think I'm exaggerating, but I'm not, I just feel like it was probably the, the smoothest process. I've ever had to deal with, with anything. I filled out the application, guys called me back at a respectable time, emailed me back, respectable time was very patient with me. Um, answered all the questions that I had. Uh, very clearly. The communication level is something we take pride in here at Rocket Rooter And, um, I probably learned a little bit from you guys during that process. Um, so, you know, way to go on that. Um, again, he explained everything to me. Um, I don't remember the, the nice lady's name I was dealing with at first. So I apologize for that. she, uh, she, she explained everything. Very patient. Gave me the time I needed, uh, to decide what was best for Rocket Rooter, not Contractor Independence, but for Rocket Rooter I could tell that she was genuinely there to help, right? So obviously I chose to go with Contractor Independence. And, from then on, it was build a website which I've never done before. The website was, you know, looking back on it now, it was scary at first but really easy. the communication there was great, back and forth getting the website up. And then from, then on here comes my Campaign Manager Miss Smita She has been there every single step of the way and, getting us set up, getting us on Google, what it takes to get us ranked, what we're gonna have to do what she needed for me. Exactly. If she didn't have the answer, man, which was rare. but if she didn't really know, you know, she, she'd find an answer for me and get back, get back to me, uh right away, you know, and so if there was ever any delays in the process, it wasn't, y'all's fault, it was mine. Uh um, sometimes I get a little, a little busy up here or I get a little sidetracked, but I got the information to you guys. As soon as I got the information to you guys, you guys went to work and showed out, you know. And so, um, um, you know, from then on, you know, here we go, level up, level up, level up before we knew it. We're number one in our city, not just our city but surrounding cities as well, which is fantastic because that allows us obviously to reach more customers. Um, and, and, and provide the type of service our customers deserve. It helps with brand recognition, everything that comes along with that. I said, Smita was there, you know, any question that I had, she was there. Um II I, you know, I had the utmost respect for her and, you know, as far as, you know, delivering everything she said she was gonna do, I mean she did that. And so, um I, I can't think of my, I can't think my time with Smita and Contractor Independence enough, everyone that was involved um during this process, you know, I give credit where credit is due and you guys, you guys earned it, you deserve it. And, and, and, and thank you, thank you genuinely. from me and from Rocket Rooter the guys working here and so on. That being said, there's still a long ways for us to go. God willing, we'll continue to move on, we'll continue to ascend and um just know, you know, you see our trucks running around somewhere. I don't know if you're in the greater Houston area or not, but that couldn't, couldn't have happened without you guys. Jerry Haskell: Like I said, I think the first thing is um their involvement, the way, the way they communicate, how much they stay in touch. Um you know, the genuine feel that you get from them wanting you to succeed and um um the product those these guys take in wanting to do a good job and um um you know, work for you work, you know, give you what you paid for.
Jerry Haskell: In my opinion, um uh it doesn't make any sense to go anywhere else. You guys do what you say you're gonna do. And so, um that, that for me personally is all that really matters. So, um, I, I'm gonna
Jerry Haskell: The entire process was was above and beyond in my opinion
Jerry Haskell: They do what they say. They want to get you ranked number one, they're gonna get you ranked number one and they're gonna do it efficiently. They're gonna get the phone ring. You know, they're gonna build you a website. they're going to deliver. and, you know, I haven't had any issues from start to finish with contractor independence. Um, um, II, I believe in this company
Jerry Haskell: what they have in store for their future. So, um, to anybody thinking about it, not sure there's nothing to think about. Just, just do it, you're gonna get what you pay for and that and, and, um, it was, it was worth every single penny for Rocket Rooter So, stop thinking about it, just do it!
