Please share how your team is using Document Manager?
Tammy Crisp: We are using Document Manager for our construction jobs. I'm not real sure how much more detail to go into. We record all of our invoices and our payables. I use the documents, the filing part for the electronic filing system. But yeah.
How would you describe the benefits provided to you or your organization from using Document Manager?
Tammy Crisp: How would you describe the benefits provided to you in or your organization from using Document Manager? Well, the benefits for us have been tremendous, especially from a time saving perspective. And the way that we route our payable system from the delegations of who does it and getting it sent out to the project managers and getting them to review and question or approve the invoices and then they go to the final level of approval. We have less documents being lost and our payables have sent, you know, we, we pay our payables way in a much quicker time than we used to because things would get missed and, and we would have, you know, a 60 day or 90 day invoice outstanding. And now our payables are within the due dates and the, the 30 days. So I think from our organization standpoint, the payables aspect has definitely made us way more efficient in putting in a very strong system in place.
What would you say to other TCM customers that may be considering Document Manager?
Tammy Crisp: What would you say to other TCM customers that may be considering Document Manager? Yes, join the 21st century, the interface is amazing. It's so much more user friendly than the you know, modules that TCM has. So you just like for us, we've had TCM for like 20 years. So there's a lot of data there wanting to move to another system isn't, you know, something that, you know, we were thrilled about. but having these additional options to have a more user friendly interface has definitely made the whole process more efficient and more time efficient. So get it, you'll love it, I promise!
What else would you like to share about the Sunrise team or your use of Document Manager?
Tammy Crisp: What else would you like to share about the Sunrise team or your use of Document Manager? One thing I would like to share about the Sunrise team is when I have questions or I need any assistance at all. They definitely make me feel like I'm the only customer they have because they respond so quickly. I feel like I have my own dedicated person. It just, I feel more comfortable taking on new projects and exploring and doing new things because I feel like I always have someone there to I mean, you know, get immediate answers and questions.
