Carlos Rivera: The thing I love about working for Conduent is the open inclusive environment. They are open for any type of ideas and feedback, especially in upper management. I feel like they always take consideration with anything that I have to say.
Carlos Rivera: Conduent make me feel valued when whenever they, for example, there is a procedure or something upcoming in the future and they approach to me to see what is my intake or whatever I feel is my opinion regarding to that process or any type of opportunity as well. They make sure that I've received some type of notifications or anything is starting and saying, hey, this is what is going to happen in the future, You want to be part of it.
