Leontyne Williams: Hello, I am a team manager at Conduent and I have been working at Conduent for 12 years.
Leontyne Williams: What I like best about working at Conduent is that I get an opportunity to help participants with problems that they may have or questions that they may have regarding their benefits. And also I like coaching my reps and seeing them grow as well. Part of being a manager is inspiring and making sure that reps um are encouraged in a positive way. And so that is probably what I like best about my job. And working at Conduent is the people that I work with and the people that work for me um as well as the people that I work for.
