Stephanie Askew: Conduent makes me feel valued because they actually take the time to instill in each one of us here at the company. They try to ensure that we have the best training department that we could possibly have. And that department does ensure that we learn and grow and master everything that we're trying to do here at Conduent. I thoroughly enjoy working for Conduent. because of these things. They really value us as agents, leaders, directors, operating managers, project managers, recruiters, any one of us within this company, we are truly valued by Conduent and they take the time to instill in us and we are so appreciative to that. I'm very appreciative to that because it's allowed me to grow within the company and continuously move up. And I'm grateful for that.
