Unnikuttan Ullas: I joined in Conduent and at the age of 18. I got to connect with a lot of experienced leaders and friends. At that time, they motivated me to go further and build a career. I completed my masters graduation using the flexible shift timings provided, and then I became a supervisor. Again Conduent provided with a lot of learning programs to enhance my supervisory skills. And right now, I completed 15 successful years with the Conduent.
