What do you do at Conduent / What is your job?
Stacy Rogers: i'm a registered nurse in the casualty claims solutions department. I triage injured workers every day.
What is the purpose of your job / the impact your work has on the people you serve?
Stacy Rogers: As triage nurse, we received many calls every day from injured workers that need help getting treatment for their injuries. We assess them, we assess their needs and we direct them to the appropriate level of care to help them start the healing process.
Stacy Rogers: As a triage nurse with casually claimed solutions, we received many calls every day from injured workers requiring our assistance and getting treatment that they need for their injuries. When the workers call us, we gather vital demographic information from them on their history, health histories, and we assess their injuries, and we will direct them to the appropriate level of care so that they can begin the healing process.
What do you like best about your job and/or working for Conduent?
Stacy Rogers: I love being a nurse at casually claimed solutions. It's so rewarding to be able to assist an injured worker in their time of need when they call us many times they're in pain and they need us to work very quickly to get them to the care and treatment that they need. It is so rewarding when we know that they're on their way to that clinic or that hospital to get the treatment for their injury. Another rewarding thing is being able to provide self care education to injured workers that don't necessarily require treatment at a clinic or a hospital. Just being able to give them simple instructions that they can do themselves to manage your injury at home. It is a good feeling and our team are casually claims solutions. Team is the best team around. We're there for each other. We are not only do we assist injured workers, but we're there for we assist each other in any way that we can
