Patricia Medina Gutierrez: Hi, I'm Patricia Medina I am a Senior Manager in Conduent Being a mom it's like a roll coaster ride, you know It's full of ups and downs, but also a tons of love and patience. It's all balancing, joy, sacrifice and a bunch of challenge over all this amazing journey teaches you a lot of things along the way.

Patricia Medina Gutierrez: Our company offers good stuff that help us manage work and family time like we can work from home sometimes, which is super helpful. It means we can handle family stuff while still getting our work done, making everyone happy. Plus our schedules are flexible. So if we need to go to school events or take our kids to the doctor, we can just adjust our working hours. It's awesome because we can be there for our kids without falling behind at work.

Patricia Medina Gutierrez: OK. The first of them stay organized. Sometimes it is hard to remember all the duties that we need to do in our job and in our family time. So my suggestion use a calendar, use a list. Those are going to help you a lot to get a better organization. And well, you can use a notebook, you can use a cellphone application, whatever is easier for you. And the second one and this one is very important is to stay positive. We are doing our best and sometimes we will fail. But guess what? We are always learning and getting better. This challenge will be part of our journey.
