What does being a mother mean to you?
Noelle Rivera: Hi, everyone For me, what being a mother means is the opportunity to raise someone, the opportunity to bring out the best in, in a little soul that was given to me and to my husband. So, being a mother is helping that soul develop.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a mother?
Noelle Rivera: Conduent has supported me in the role of a mother because it allows me to be one, I don't have to separate being a mother and being a professional. I am a mother and I have certain needs as a mother and Conduent respects that and that doesn't get in the way of being the best professional that I can be.
Share a tip for all working moms
Noelle Rivera: The tip that I could share for all working moms that have really helped me is love it all. Love the crazy, love the ups, love the downs, love the you know, professional mind and it gets, you know, it combines with the mom mind and all the things that we do as a mom. It makes our work even better because we just know how to solve things. And so that goes for being a mom and that goes for being a professional. So just live it up, enjoy it and give it your best shot.
