How long have you been working with Conduent?
Melanie Barriffe: Hi, my name is Melanie Barriffe, I've been with Conduent for over 20 years.
What do you enjoy most about working at Conduent?
Melanie Barriffe: I do enjoy working with my teammates that family feeling you get working at Conduent. That's really what I enjoy most, collaborating with the people from different cultures, learning about each other. I'm much appreciative of that.
How have your grown at Conduent?
Melanie Barriffe: I have grown a lot working at this organization throughout the multi acquisitions that have occurred. I started out as a data entry clerk, doing transaction processing for a client based in research, marketing or market research rather. And I have grown through working all frontline positions in a support role as a QA team, lead supervisor and you know, as a director. So that's really my journey in terms of growth.
How does Conduent make you feel valued?
Melanie Barriffe: Conduent makes me feel valued by having leaders that are willing to listen and are flexible in terms of facilitating any personal need, whether I have a need for family time, whether I have a need to attend to a sick family member or you know, anything personal, if I want to improve on my academic advancement, you know, Conduit makes me feel valued by supporting me in these areas.
