Kristi Erwin: My job consists of either helping a customer on the phone resolve some technical issues on their devices, or it could be a day where I am assisting new hires who have just gone through that training class and we do not want them to be to just be kind of thrown into production without fully, you know, understanding what their job role is and to ease their possible anxiety about doing this job on their own. So whether it's in a classroom setting or them just messaging me questions, I am always here to help them and I would say that is the most important part of my job.
