What does being a father mean to you?
Juan Mendoza: Well, being a dad has been the most rewarding thing that ever happened to me. In fact, it's the best experience a human can have.
How has Conduent supported you in your role as a father?
Juan Mendoza: For this question, Conduent has been a good supporter for me in this stage of my life because whenever I need some time for, for my daughter's school activities, medical appointments or some other family things like going to the park or I don't know, like father's day activities, like today, they have provided me with the time to be able to enjoy this part of my life.

Juan Mendoza: Well, a tip for the "newbies" is, would be prepared. enjoy, don't let anything for granted because, time go fast. So, enjoy your parenthood.
